True Tropic will attempt to replace any damaged or defective item provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt. If a replacement item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, please email orders@truetropic.com to request prior approval and a RA#. Please write the RA# on the outside of the box and include a copy of the receipt along with the item in a sturdy package.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Due to banking and credit card processing, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected and posted to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
